There really is no reason to skip leg day. For example, this woman is missing a crucial component that one would think is required for leg training — specifically, one of her legs. Despite this, she’s still able to crush barbell squats, ripping squat after squat while perched on a single foot.


You know what that means, right? It means that, if you thought you had an excuse to not go to the gym, you’re wrong. Well, unless that excuse is “I just really, really don’t want to.” Then, you’re fine.
